Design for Gratitude

What are you grateful for today?
Turn the cardboard sleeve: the first task that you encounter is yours! (Cherish a memory, Experience the moment or Pass it on.) Combine it with one of the topics and let the poem (black sticker) inspire you.

DESIGN GOAL
The design goal was to make young adults (more) aware of the things they can be grateful for in their daily lives. The  challenge was to integrate practicing gratitude into daily life, fi nding a moment and fi tting interaction.
After several experiments with prototypes to create a daily ritual, I identified persona's and determined my target group. The target group are 'the temperate and open-minded' people from 20 to 40 years old. They do not keep a gratitude journal, or practice gratitude by one of the other existing solutions, mainly because they do not know the benefi ts of practicing gratitude (eg. that it can make one happier) or they claim not to have time for it.
